Japan Talent Internship & Recruitment Program: Continuing the Journey in Our 3rd Year

Guided by a strategic vision to discover, nurture, and develop young technology talent, ARIS Vietnam is honored to continue our collaboration with USE Corporation to organize the "Talent Internship Program to Work in Japan."

Building upon the meaningful foundations of Cohort 1 in 2024 and Cohort 2 in 2025, our 2026 program—now in its ongoing third year—has been carefully prepared and officially launched. This initiative serves as a dedicated, in-depth learning environment for both final-year Information Technology (IT) students and recent graduates. Furthermore, it acts as a reliable bridge, opening doors to long-term career opportunities at leading corporations in Japan.

As participants step into this internship, they will integrate into a practical and professional workspace, receiving thoughtful guidance to enhance their technical expertise and complementary skills. This year's training continues to focus on the following core areas:

• In-depth training in programming languages and technical fundamentals.
• Practical application of software development processes and project management.
• Analysis and comprehension of technical documents and project requirements.
• Cultivation of professional work etiquette, Japanese corporate culture, and essential soft skills.
• Effective utilization of work support tools and source code management systems.
